- For the minimum 3 nights stay:
- Cancellation must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival (18:00 hotel local time). In case of late cancellation, a charge for the first night’s stay (inclusive 10% service charge) will be applied.
- For the minimum 3 nights stay (non-refundable):
- No amendment or cancellation is allowed once the booking has been confirmed.
- For the non-refundable bookings are no cancellations or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Only the first-night room charge (including a 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax) will be held as a deposit.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
- Booking confirmation is subject to room availability.
- Butterfly Hospitality (HK) Limited reserves full rights on the final decision of all activities, including the changes to the Terms and Conditions and other arrangements, without subject to prior notice.
