Al Dente

The 7th restaurant in the group and the 4th ‘Al Dente’ opened in February 2010 in the bar and restaurant entertainment district of TST Prat Avenue. With Al Fresco dining, one of only a few areas allowed to do so in Hong Kong, the restaurant offers a great venue in which to while away your relaxing meal with a glass of wine in hand and good friends.

Maintaining the same home cooked flavors as the other three, Al Dente TST offers some very exciting dishes indeed. Carpaccio, Mussels Caruso. Also standing out are the Lamb Tenderloin and Seafood Paella without forgetting the Beef Medallion – 250g of top class Fillet Mignon, and the house pasta – Pasta Al Dente, both loved in all the Al Dente outlets.
