Mr. Lee Man Kee, Master Chef at Full Ka, and Restaurant Manager, Mr. Lee Yue Ching, are both protégés of legendary Master Chef Ah Yat of the world-renowned Forum Ah Yat Abalone Restaurant. Before opening Full Ka Restaurant, our Master Chef and Restaurant Manager operated the popular Home Wanchai restaurant (灣 仔 人 家) .

In the tradition of his mentor, Chef Lee combines traditional and contemporary techniques to create superb Chinese dishes that present these delicacies in the way they were meant to be savoured.  Sharks Fin soup is a particular favourite, as is Abalone with Japanese Mushroom and Vegetable.  The menu offers a wide variety of Cantonese dishes, all with impeccable preparation and served with style.
